Hi, I’m Dieter - I’m a personal trainer and Master level certified kettlebell coach with a background in strongman, CrossFit, Hyrox, and kettlebell sport.

Over the past decade, I’ve tested every training style out there. One thing always stuck: Kettlebells work.

Not just for building strength - but for reclaiming confidence, moving pain-free, and getting real results without wrecking your body (or your schedule).

I train because I love the outdoors; hiking, challenges, adventure.

I coach because I want others to feel what I’ve felt: strong, capable, and proud of what their body can do.
