Consultation & Planning
Talk through your goals and training history. Then receive a personalised coaching package.

Onboarding & Beginning
Once your plan is set and first payment complete, get access to your Client HQ and start your sessions.

Check out some answers to your questions.

  • Yes. Your programme is built to your level — we focus on foundations and build from there.

  • Choose from 1 or 2 sessions per week depending on your goals.

    Sessions will run for 1 hour

  • No problem. Your programme is written fresh each week and can be modified around your lifestyle, injuries, or schedule.

    Where you have had to miss sessions, we will try our best to reschedule and catch you up and allow for a maximum of 2 sessions per month to be rolled over into the next monthly period.

    In extreme circumstances, if you’re unable to attend sessions at all, please speak to us.

  • While payments are taken monthly, we recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see meaningful progress. To support that, we offer a discounted rate when you pay for 3 months upfront.

    If you choose the monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time.

    Just make sure to cancel before your next billing date — we can’t offer refunds after payment has been processed, but you’ll continue to receive coaching until the end of that billing period.

  • Coaching is starts from £350 per month on a rolling basis.

    This includes fully customised weekly programming, coaching support, progress tracking, and access to your personal training hub.

  • We recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see meaningful progress.

    However through our weekly check in’s we will monitor your progress, considering form, strength and endurance with noticable differences within 4 weeks
