    2. Consultation & Planning
    Have a free consultation (in person or over the phone) to talk through your goals and training history. You’ll then receive a personalised coaching package to review based on your goals, customise, and approve.

    3. Onboard & Begin
    Once you're happy with the plan, complete your first payment. You’ll receive your welcome email, access to your Client HQ, and you’ll receive your first weeks programming within 2 working days.

    4. First Check-In
    After your first week, we’ll review your progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed to keep things moving forward.

    Ongoing support:

    You will have access to your coach via whatsapp to ask questions and to be able to share progress/ provide feedback on form

FAQs

  • Yes. Your programme is built to your level — we focus on foundations and build from there.

  • Nope. Most clients train from home with 1–2 kettlebells and their bodyweight. That’s all we need to build serious results.

    You can access kettlebells in most commercial gyms (Even pure gym!) but if you’re wanting to buy your own, some brands we recommend are:

    Wolverson fitness for competition kettlebells

  • Around 30–45 minutes depending on your goals and availability 2-4 times per week, depending on your goals and availability.

  • No problem. Your programme is written fresh each week and can be modified around your lifestyle, injuries, or schedule.

  • While payments are taken monthly, we recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see meaningful progress. To support that, we offer a discounted rate when you pay for 3 months upfront.

    If you choose the monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing date — we can’t offer refunds after payment has been processed, but you’ll continue to receive coaching until the end of that billing period.

  • The coaching is £350 per month on a rolling basis.

    This includes fully customised weekly programming, coaching support, progress tracking, and access to your personal training hub.

  • We recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see meaningful progress.

    However through our weekly check in’s we will monitor your progress, considering form, strength and endurance.
