All sessions to be used within the month, with a maximum of 2 sessions rolling over into the next month.

Weekly check-ins – Stay accountable, assess progress, make adjustments
Weekly in-person sessions – held at Commando Temple in Deptford South East London
Access to your coach – outside sessions, I’m still in your corner
