Kettlebell Fundamentals

This class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to kettlebell training. You'll work on the fundamentals by focusing on essential movements like the two-handed swing, goblet squat, and dead clean. You'll learn proper form, breathing, and tension techniques to build a strong and safe foundation, preparing you for more advanced training.

Kettlebells Intermediate / Advanced
EVERY
TUESDAY 7:30PM

This is an invitation-only class designed for serious athletes and experienced kettlebell users. Here, you’ll increase reps and introduce new exercises like the snatch, half snatch, and clean and press. The programming is progressive and often includes kettlebell sport cycles and pentathlons. To attend, you must have a strong understanding of foundational movements and receive approval from the coach. Please speak to your coach before attending this class to ensure it's the right fit for you.
